Sign-Up for Me and White Supremacy Book Circle

 

Thank you for you interest in SF's Me and White Supremacy book circle. All SF students, faculty, and staff are invited to join this book circle for Me and White Supremacy: A 28-Day Challenge to Combat Racism, Change the World, and Become a Good Ancestor by Layla F. Saad. This book circle will take place over six consecutive weekly meetings on Zoom. Our discussion will follow the Circle Way, which is non-hierarchical and requires "a leader in every chair." Every member of our circle is responsible for upholding the structure and purpose of our discussion along with completing the daily exercises. By examining our privilege, holding each other accountable, and engaging with each other without ego or defensiveness, we can collectively dismantle white supremacy and make our community safe, just, and equitable.
