The purpose of this form is to identify currently employed faculty and staff members who were first-generation college students. We share a list of faculty and staff who were first generation students on our first-generation webpage.

We believe that first-generation students may have a greater sense of belonging if they know that some SF faculty and staff identify as first-generation too. For our purposes, you are a first-generation college student if you attended college and neither of your parents had earned a bachelor's degree by the time that you enrolled.
